メッセージ
当センターでは、病気の早期発見のための健康診断事業、地域医療機関からの紹介を受けてCT・MRI検査等を行う高度医療機器の共同利用事業、健康維持・増進のために運動指導・栄養指導・生活指導を行う保健事業、在宅療養を支援する訪問看護ステーション事業・居宅介護支援事業、休日夜間救急診療のための調剤・服薬指導を行う薬局事業を行っています。
健康寿命という言葉をご存じでしょうか。健康寿命とは、「健康上の問題で日常生活が制限されることなく生活できる期間」のことです。藤沢市は、健康寿命日本一を目指し、いろいろな健康づくり事業に取り組んでいます。当センターでも健康支援プログラム、生活習慣病対策講座等、健康寿命を延ばす取り組みを行っています。
今後、藤沢市でも更なる高齢化が進んでいきます。職員一丸となって、市民の健康づくりに貢献する所存です。

２．私たちは、生活習慣病の予防改善、介護予防を中心とした、質の高い、総合的で専門的なサービスを提供するとともに、地域医療機関と連携して市民の健康づくりを支援します
We provide high-quality, comprehensive and specialized services centered on prevention and improvement of lifestyle-related diseases and prevention of the condition of need for long-term care, and support citizens’ health promotion in cooperation with local medical institutions.

１．人格と価値観が尊重される権利

２.精度の高い健診を受ける権利
Right to receive medical examination with high precision

３．説明を受ける権利
Right to receive explanation
| 受診者の皆様は健診結果についてわかりやすい説明と情報提供を受ける権利があります All examinees have the right to receive easy-to-understand explanations and information on the results of medical examinations. |
４．医療機関を選択する権利
Right to choose a medical institution
| 受診者の皆様は健診後、精密検査及び治療が必要な場合、自分の意志で医療機関を決定する権利があります All examinees have the right to choose a medical institution on his / her own judgement when a detailed examination and treatment are required after a medical checkup. |
５．プライバシー保護の権利
Privacy protection rights
| 受診者の皆様は当財団の個人情報保護方針に基づき、受診に関する個人情報・プライバシーが守られる権利があります All examinees have the right to protect personal information and privacy regarding medical examinations based on the Foundation’s privacy policy. |
６．健康に関する情報を提供する責務

７．医療をともにすすめる責務
Responsibility to promoto medical care together
| 受診者の皆様には医療スタッフと協力してほかの受診者の健診に支障を与えないよう配慮していただく責務があります All examinees have a duty to cooperate with medical staff so that they do not interfere with the health checkups of other examinees. |
